Pros
- Interesting projects to work on. - Relaxed work environment. - Good people to work with (not including senior management). - Good place for graduates to get some experience before moving on to something better.
Cons
- Pay was very low for the industry. - Company pension contributions were the minimum legally required. - Annual bonus wasn't guaranteed and was capped at a very low percentage of salary. - Minimal chances for career progression. - High employee turnover. - Low job security - redundancies are not uncommon. You might end up without a job in a rural area with limited options.
