Pros
Some teams have a good direct manager. A lot of opportunity to be an impactful employee. The pay is competitive. If you overwork yourself you can move up quickly.
Cons
People are significantly overworked, toxic rule by fear culture is being perpetuated by upper management. A lot of finger pointing. Employee experience is decreasing rapidly with all the changes being implemented by the new CEO. There is little to no mentorship. All the knowledgeable people are too overworked to train anyone. Always have to figure things out by oneself. Work life balance is the last priority. Many people working 60+ hour weeks constantly.
