Pros
Remote and flexible working options are strong positives. Colleagues are generally supportive and the business has a lot of potential, especially following the Legends acquisition. Opportunity to attend events and be part of an exciting industry.
Cons
Tension between central and venue teams. Unrealistic targets not grounded in operational reality. Outdated systems, inefficient processes and lack of data fluency across the business hinder effective decision-making and growth . Change is slow and often reactive.
