      + 40days holidays + "Hot" company to work for, great for CV + Very interesting products they sell

      Cons

      - Middle management sucks big time. Many of them are incompetent, too busy with their higher ups to care for the team members. You have to be lucky to be in a good team, not sure if a good team exists though.. - Very inefficient processes everywhere - Everyone seems to focus SO much on meeting whatever target, instead of actually working.. - Helps to be Dutch

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
