Pros

Get to work alongside nice people

Cons

The Connecticut location has faced cultural challenges, including a disconnect between design and manufacturing teams. Inconsistent ways of working have added engineering complexity and reduced openness in raising concerns. Recent leadership changes and a focus on headcount reduction have increased uncertainty. The addition of a CTO is a positive step toward improved technical alignment.

Pros

Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

Cons

Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
