      Pros

      Very diverse company with great opportunities for learning in the Semi-conducting industry. If you are willing to relocate there are many opportunities for promotions and career opportunities across the world. The offer an Educational Assistance program and many other options.

      Cons

      Can be stressful when the customer is unhappy with machine performance. Things can change quickly from normal to extreme stress. Sites build up and come down which can cause an employee to be forced to move.

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
