Pros

Get to work with good people and complex machines

Cons

Management says they care, but most things are ment to improve the person to the benifit of the company. Compensation is okay when starting, but lack any real change after. Company intends to run as lean as possible and overwork employees. Finance is dropping costs where they can, this includes quality. Then another team is about efficiency, but is more geared to reducing headcount at offices. Management has no backbone and bends over for customer and gives a lot of freebies at stress of engineers.

Pros

Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

Cons

Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
