      Pros

      I have 20+ years of experience in the Semiconductor Industry but after being at ASML I feel like I moved from the JV to the Varsity Team. I'm still new but so far it has been a good experience.

      Cons

      Tons of work and hectic environment at times and the work/life balance thing is a little out of whack, but the people are mostly positive and there is a can do attitude.

      Pros

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
