      There is NO career growth that’s realistic. If you don’t care about ever growing your pay (or even keeping up with inflation), then you’ll like it.

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
