      The people I have met here are all great and compassionate people I feel cared for by my team and the company You get a good amount of vacation days (14) and sick days (10) You don't have to take sick days or vacation days to go to a doctor or anything You're never bored while working You can work from home

      There is a lot of work and it makes it tough to balance with home life Pay could be more competitive

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
