Pros
ASML has great benefit packages and a wonderful culture with a huge amount of diversity. You can find literally every walk of life at ASML which is refreshing. The constant expansion of the factory leads to endless possibilities and job openings.
Cons
Seems like the pay for most positions are grossly underpaid. This seems to be the primary reason good engineers and project leaders leave for other ventures. ASML is almost as a steppingstone into a greater position rather than a career that can be sustainable. At least not without a great many years in the company.
