Pros
Buzzing place to be, technological front runner. You will work with very competent people from >140 nationalities. Everything is very well-organized in ASML and in the Netherlands. Ample opportunities, safe working space, new working spaces, arranged transport to and from campus to Eindhoven station. Just below market-value salary, but the end year pay-out and profit sharing more than make up for that. Experts are valued here, as in they have a career track for experts (this is not always the case in multinational companies).
Cons
Quite high-paced working environment. Sometimes difficult to move to higher position because it can be difficult to be visible (make sure you are visible).
