      The work culture and the work life balance is really great here.

      Cons

      ut if you are a software engineer and are looking to learn, challenge, explore - this is not the place. Most of the software is written in archaic style with little to none innovation. The innovation almost always happens on the mechanical/physics side and software team are just seen as people to support whatever requirements is given to them.

      Pros

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
