Very Poor Management - Anonymous employee ASML Employee Review

Very poor managament, no clue about leadership, they don't trust people and their experises and they call it challenge ! No clear direction, changes very frequent back and force. Very high level of arogance and fake confidence No inclusion apart from media shows, if you're not white Dutch man, your chance is close to zero to grow.
