      Good WLB, option to be remote if work permits

      Compared to other companies in the region, the salaries are a tad bit lower, which kinda makes sense since it's a European company after all, but on the positive side you get a hint of European work culture as well (as far as an intern it felt like that)

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
