      OK salary and benefits and exposure to technology if this is your first job

      Cons

      A lot of the technology is created by farm outs. Whatever skills you learn, mechatronics, electronics, software are all just company specific internal tool that works on abstraction layers that will not work or be transferable anywhere else. This will be your grave as an engineer.

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
