      Pros

      The traveling was nice and the check always cleared the bank. Get to work with some great people who have many years of experience in the semiconductor industry.

      Cons

      US operations is disconnected from parent company in Hong Kong. Process flow for spares and ordering is inefficient and it's a typical Chinese company with a office in the USA.
