      Pros

      The membership is really engaged and provides wonderful feedback and ideas. You also have the ability to work on key health care issues

      Cons

      At times the organization bites off more than it can chew. The CEO gets pulled in 20 different directions and loses focus, and this chaos is passed down the chain. Prior projects and objectives become eclipsed by "the shiny new object"

      The people there were really nice and if you take initiative, it's easy to choose work that specifically fits your interests

      Good environment, flexible hours mostly

      Cons

      Head office needs to be quicker about implementing changes and say consistent with their expectations. And PTO for full-time employees. Also should be more and easily available ways to get promoted
