      Pays fair. Self learning modules provided.

      Cons

      Owner is micromanager, senior leadership is often non present to assist with issues. Very little training. What you are told in interview process will be far different from what you actually are expected to do and you will perform "other duties" with little to no direction or training. Chaotic environment.

      The team demonstrates good communication amongst one another and does their best to pull their weight.

      Cons

      The workload is unbalanced and unchecked. There's too much work for the staff we gave currently and management hasn't done much to alleviate it.
