Pros

Hourly pay is good

Cons

Management is not for the employees. Management Never does a thorough investigation of problems employees have to endure. Senior employees make it hard for newcomers. Most employees are always concerned about other employees vacation when it is used, how much they get paid more than the other, always spreading rumors about each other. It’s like a big high school of 40+year old men and women. Employees that have been there 10+years feel invincible and irreplaceable and management gives them the fuel to keep that going. No matter how hard you work your yearly raise will always be the same. No room for growth at all. There is racial tension and divide. Worse experience ever working in the industrial and manufacturing field.

Great people and environment. Location is convenient. Lots of company sponsored events.

Cons

No advancement opportunities. Company is very acquisition heavy but horrible with cross functional communication. Lots of surprises.

Pros

Plenty of parking, close to highway

Cons

Workplace is toxic, dysfunctional, and psychologically draining. Management is the root cause of problems, fostering a culture that tolerates: Harassment Intimidation Favoritism and nepotism Sexism Employees are expected to remain silent and continue working under constant pressure. High levels of: Employee burnout Stress Overwork Turnover Human Resources protects the company and management rather than employees. Complaints are often minimized, ignored, or redirected without meaningful resolution. Issues are widespread and known by many employees, though some are reluctant to speak publicly. Prospective employees seriously reconsider working there, the company presents a positive image externally but has a deeply unhealthy internal culture marked by poor leadership, lack of accountability, and low employee well-being.
