Pros

Ability to work autonomously and freedom to manage your own time. Good work life balance.

Cons

Low pay with no pay increases when it comes to pay review, regardless of your own performance. Company constantly replacing staff, making whole teams of staff redundant, I have seen this in multiple departments. Poor management. Middle Management will favor friends over everybody else. Company will not work on internal issues regardless of the numerous times they are raised. Work with old software that will never seem to be upgraded. Company has little to no internal support, whether it be technical or political. Every team seems to work in social group clicks. No opportunity to advance your career unless you are personal friends with middle management. Lots of empty promises. Don't waste your time unless you are okay with working in an environment that feels like its ran by high-school teenage girls and middle/upper management that will never listen to concerns or bother trying to do anything to improve the terrible work culture.

Pros

Great people and environment. Location is convenient. Lots of company sponsored events.

Cons

No advancement opportunities. Company is very acquisition heavy but horrible with cross functional communication. Lots of surprises.

Pros

Plenty of parking, close to highway

Cons

Workplace is toxic, dysfunctional, and psychologically draining. Management is the root cause of problems, fostering a culture that tolerates: Harassment Intimidation Favoritism and nepotism Sexism Employees are expected to remain silent and continue working under constant pressure. High levels of: Employee burnout Stress Overwork Turnover Human Resources protects the company and management rather than employees. Complaints are often minimized, ignored, or redirected without meaningful resolution. Issues are widespread and known by many employees, though some are reluctant to speak publicly. Prospective employees seriously reconsider working there, the company presents a positive image externally but has a deeply unhealthy internal culture marked by poor leadership, lack of accountability, and low employee well-being.
