Pros
Looks like a great place to work. Some really great people. Benefits are great. Except when you need to take your time off earned as it appears you get penalized upon return often.
Cons
Orientation/training poor quality and you have to figure out way too much on your own. When you take time off - for LOA/Sick/Vacation, if they want to get rid of you, you will likely be blindsided with a performance improvement evaluation and fired within the 30 day period outlined. You can be an exceptional and hard worker who is very smart, but be careful... your boss and leaders have said one thing and done the opposite, and contradicts their "policies" and support they "provide" to new employees is a joke. HR department and staff are not competent in HR functions. I believe it is really a toxic and unfriendly environment for the majority. people don't take responsibility for their errors, but tend to blame you. Training is highly negligible which sets you up to fail before you even start to succeed. Lots of turnover there in the past 2 two years.
