1. they have nothing nice to say about their staff members they critically analyse them. 2. expect you to do telephone triage and include all 24 sites---when staff are off sick. 3. no opportunities for your career promise you progression but never deliver 4. no increase in pay after working there. 5. over work their staff---more than the average to see patients. 6. if you make a mistake threaten they will report you to your regulating body. 7. charge you for training with the company---send a nasty bill! 8. not a safe environment to work in no support from directors/practice managers. 9. no team work---directors keep a close eye on you and then bully you to leave if you don't agree with them. 10. finally---everything I have stated is true work with them and find out!
