Salary - they pay above average for the job role/area.
Cons
Everything else. Honestly the worst job I've ever had. The culture is appalling. Management is awful, not just talking about the practice managers but the 'higher up' management. The senior nurses are...truly shocking. I do not know what the recruitment process is but how they are senior nurses is beyond me.
