Pros

It was a fun atmosphere. I worked at football games, concerts, and catering events.

Cons

AT&T Stadium has a very high turnover rate and it is a very political place to work. If you kiss up to management you will work at the best bars and make a lot of money. If you are not a favorite - they will constantly move you to the worst bars. This includes working outside in the Texas heat and the bitter winter cold. They pay you $2.50 an hour and then take your cash tips if the register is short. Their computers constantly mess up when it gets busy and it causes shortages but they would rather blame the employees. I spend many late nights in the dungeon waiting for them to calculate the shortages at my bar. They hire in temp bartenders that make $10 -$12 an hour but that can't operate the registers or mix drinks. Sometimes they steal tips but the stadium bartenders are still expected to give them an equal share of the total tips that were brought in. They care more about the temp bartenders than they do the stadium bartenders. They will suspend you over something that another bartender or game day manager did. They rarely try to get the real facts. The people that do the scheduling are biased.
