Pros

Attainable bonuses if you have a partner. Great pay for full time employees. Cool staff to work and train with. Great for those who love martial arts and have a passion for positively molding people and helping their community. This is an opportunity to meet many wonderful people.

Cons

One has to be married to the job. If one is not careful a lot will be expected with little in return. Management is poor so costumer service is very much on the employees. Employees will receive blame for management issues. Management is slow to serve costumes and poor on communication.

Pros

Great job if you like to teach children and adult martial arts. Tournaments are great to judge and meet new people. Coworkers are friendly and will aid you throughout the testing process. Co workers are like a family and have social outings.

Cons

Need to dedicate lots of time outside of work hours in order to fulfill job duties for special events such as testing days.
