Pros

These are the best people I've ever worked with. Everyone pulls their weight and helps each other out, from the newest tech to the senior management. There's very low turnover thanks to the great coworkers, interesting work, and good pay & benefits. Some companies (including past jobs of mine) advertise "work hard / play hard" or "we're like a family," but these are usually obscured ways to say they'll work you to death for peanuts. ATB seeks the best employees and want to keep them, so while no one can come onboard and just coast, we also make sure no one gets burned out. ATB compensates well and looks out for its employees. Stressed? Take a vacation, you have unlimited PTO. Missing a helpful tool? Ask and ATB will cover whatever is needed to Take Care of Business. Need to blow off steam? Play video games with your coworkers at lunch. Want to kick back? Join your coworkers, including the CEO, at Beer Thirty to solve the worlds' problems around a stocked fridge.

Cons

The sheer variety of clients and the work coming in can seem overwhelming at first to new employees, but everyone around you has your back and will help catch you up to speed. Leeches and lone wolves need not apply (that's a Pro, actually, but if you see it as a Con, then please look elsewhere).

None to mention. Continue to focus on your people and success will follow.

Pros

- Always room for development and growth - Supportive managers that recognize you for your achievements but do not micromanage you. - Nice Benefits - Work Life Balance, unlimited PTO. - Free Food, Drinks, and Beer - Company outings (Charity events, baseball games, holiday parties) - Ability to think creatively, collaborate with others, and have your ideas heard and implemented. - As a smaller company, you can see the results of your work and stand proudly on your successes. - Internship Programs - Manager-Owned; Work side by side, hands-on with the owners, who also believe in your success and the company's success.

Cons

- No Remote Work - It's not the right culture for everyone - No full-scale training program
