Pros
The company is growing through increased sales and acquisitions, there are places to move up with hard work and experience. Company is very horizontal so you're only 1 manager away from the director of operations and then the president. Very cool projects and networking with customers from all industries.
Cons
System integration and custom machine building is timeline and schedule driven. This is not a place to come if you don't enjoy engineering, machine building, and problem solving.
