A lot of travelling across the globe, good thing to explore the world, and gather valuable experience. But also, more travelling, equals also more money.

Frequent year-round travel, typically returning on Saturdays and departing again on Sundays, which makes maintaining relationships and a normal private life challenging. Nevertheless, one of the best employers in the Frankfurt area.

I’ve been with ATC for almost three years, and it’s been an incredible journey. The company is growing rapidly—from around 90 employees when I started to over 250 now—which makes it an exciting place to work. ATC is deeply committed to employee development; they’re supporting me as I complete my master’s at DCU, and I also had the opportunity to complete a leadership development course with the IMI. The culture is hardworking yet fun, with regular team events that make the workplace enjoyable. The company’s cultural diversity is another highlight, bringing in different perspectives and ideas. Additionally, the hybrid working model offers great flexibility.

One of the challenges that come with rapid growth is the need for better internal communication. As we continue to expand, it would be great to have more streamlined communication to keep everyone on the same page. The fast pace of change can also be a bit challenging at times, but it’s part of what makes ATC such a dynamic place to work.
