Cons
1. Few Old pioneer fellows acting like one politician as if their role will be replaceable. 2. Any chance old pioneer fellows can use you as their failure. They takes all the chances to put you down in order to cover their mistake. (Honestly, give me 60% of your salary lah! Then I won’t mind take the blame) 3. No proper hierarchy or SOP 4. Too many different processors 5. Too highly reliable on the CEO and COO because they are the kindest person in the whole company.
