I've been working at ATD Technology LLC for more than 5 years. I started my journey as a team lead, and now I’m in the position of director of operations, and I must say that it's been an amazing experience. From the first day, I felt welcomed and supported by my colleagues and supervisors. The company culture is fantastic - there's a strong emphasis on teamwork, collaboration, and innovation. I've never felt like I couldn't approach someone for help or advice, no matter what the issue was. Management is also very supportive of career growth and development. I've been able to attend conferences, take courses, and work on projects that have helped me build new skills and gain valuable experience. The benefits and perks are also top-notch. The company provides work life balance with no micromanagement. Of course, like any workplace, there are challenges, but I've always felt like my concerns are heard and addressed in a timely manner. Overall, I feel very fortunate to work for such a great company and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive, supportive work environment.
