Pros
The have good ideas for what business tools are available and try to deploy them. They seem to understand sometimes what needs to be done to succeed, but don't know how to plan and execute this.
Cons
The execution of the business tools leave much to be desired. Staff meetings are poorly planned and quite disrespectful. Constant interrupting and talking over each other. Poor interactive skills. Very little oversight so people, even managers, take advantage of this and don't report time off. In IT, projects were deployed half haphazardly due to under staffing, Not a good place to learn much, unless you want to know how NOT to do technology. Senior management at corporate level are very short sighted and depend on advise from staff who don't have vision or have an alternate agenda and so bad decisions are made on a regular basis.
