They allow you to go up to negative 40 hours for vacation time if you have not accrued enough. They do a lot of cross training which can be nice. Room to grow.

little to no training. There is a lot of unprofessional-ism between department heads and staff. There is no sick pay you have to use your vacation time. (this will change in July 2015 since the new law was implemented. You will get 3 days) Health insurance is really expensive. You will have to pay around $150-200 per month for a single person. Not really sure who was responsible for what tasks. They moved them around a lot, made for a confusing time and created hostility between co-workers. High turnover rate.
