Pros
Everyone at ATL works hard, and ensures peer-to-peer accountability. The culture is open, honest, and transparent - and there is brutal honesty at all levels (there are no "bubbles" that don't get information, unlike what you get with most companies). The culture at ATL is one of the best I've worked with, and I've worked at a few companies. If you are looking for a company that follows its core values, its core mission, and provides you a place not too unlike home, look no further.
Cons
Not necessarily a con, but expect to be driven to work hard and wear multiple hats. The team is small, so you will need to bring your "A" game not only to your role, but to help grow the business as well.
