      Flexible working hours and other casual benefits.

      Cons

      bad exit process. You will have to track your status on yours own and beg for early release even if there is no project dependency.

      client dependent employment, no active project, no billing you can get laid off, but thats how consulting works

      Pros

      ATMECS will train people well coming out of schools and into their workforce, however many or most just use this after 9-12 months as a way to jump to a larger services company with better pay

      Cons

      embarassing to work hard and try to make things happen for customers when it gets dropped hard in delivery
