Pros
The pay is above minimum wage and they give good hours for events. (Lots of weekends) You get to be a part of new and interesting events/promotions (shirts, deals, coupons) You meet a lot of interesting people on the job and at evetns
Cons
Leads are irresponsible and act very immature. I had an experience where one bad mouth most of the team to the people she liked. Also tried to only keep on people she knew personally despite showing up thirty minutes late and not properly dressed. You hardly get accepted for events if the Leads don't like you, So if you don't have connections, you won't get in. Even reaching out to events they offer you may not secure your spot for an event. So don't expect great communication. (I have personally only worked 2 events in a year because of this)
