Cons
- Super toxic CTO that acts all innocent to seniors and management but craps on low-level employees. - High attrition rate due to CTO (many left because of his screwball ways in managing the team). - CTO likes to berate employees when things don't go his way. Such childish behaviour. - CTO expects you to work after official work hours and also during weekends. No such thing as "work-life balance" from his point of view. - Cannot turn off your mobile phones or ignore work messages after work hours/weekends (employees' absolute right to not respond to any work requests during off-work hours and weekends). - Don't expect lenient treatment from CTO if you're on sick leave. Looney starts to go ballistic and sends you all kinds of threatening messages (employees' absolute right to go on sick leave when they are ill). - CTO only knows how to play badminton. But when it comes to employee treatment, he fails miserably.
