      Cons

      Limited opportunities for tasks during periods without client contracts. Certain managers demonstrate a preference for in-office presence, even when workload is minimal. Close monitoring of work hours, including arrival and departure times. Some managers exhibit a traditional approach, lacking flexibility in adapting to modern work practices.
