Pros
Co-workers are good people to be around.
Cons
Owner/Former owner doesn't understand business. Held on to old gear and used up valuable shelf-space instead of cycling out old equipment. He focused on old logos on gear and made all departments spend too much time switching them over, yet his personal road case had the old logo on it. The new COO wants to take the company in a direction that doesn't allow any time to fix broken gear or even maintain it properly, and sent clients more gear than what is needed, all this just to increase margins by a little bit. Pay is horrible given the talent in the place. Everyone I met there is so eager to learn, talented, and hard working and it's a shame to see them all making the minimum paid for those jobs. Morale is never high there. They love to take advantage of their biggest assets: Their workers. In order to get a raise or a promotion, you have to quit, have them realize they are worse off without you, and then come back.
