Pros

You get Salary on time, that is the only good thing. No pros.. there isn't any negative rating, they don't even deserve 1 star. Company is saturated, your business goals need a revamp, dont let go of good infrastructure is very bademployees

Cons

Individual policy for everyone. 1. No Job security and forget about growth . 2.No employee favor policies. Can change policy anytime for anyone. 3. They have no values of there words . Never be on their words. 4. All fake good reviews by their advertisement and HR team. 5. Never ever join this company. They can fire you anytime . 6. always planning the party in office but celebration is mentally torture. 7.You can't avoid party in office, whether somebody is died in your home 8. Worst Management: They have made BPO guys their CEO 9. NO employee benefits 10. Your job is secure only if you can lick management's feet

Pros

You get work experience of working with Lala Type company. You get the experience of you can be fired anytime, even you work delicately. Get experience of torture every day. This is the company where no value of your hard work. Your get bad water to drink.

Cons

They hire you quick and next time they fire you quick. in single word this is hiring and firing type company. There are different policy for HR vs All, HR can take leave anytime, HR department take highest leave in the company, but if any other employee take leave than HR show her attitude, because no one track them, how much leave they take in the month.
