Fast paced, good team, good pay, time off. Not micro managed. Upper management is great.

Residents, on call, and inspections.

Weekends off Federal Holidays off

Terrible communication from regional office and ownership. Unrealistic deadlines and if you know what your doing, they will hire you to clean the mess up, and then fire you for performance before you get your bonuses, leaving you feeling used and under appreciated. If you’re in a management position regional office will try to make you micromanage and disrespect your team, and if you don’t you will be terminated and or demoted.
