Pros

Largest resources in the industry. Financially solid. They spend a great deal of resources in recognition of sales people. Vast availability of products and excellent buying power.

Cons

Very corporate. Difficult to make a difference. Corporate in Tampa may have made visits to the field office, but the interaction was very limited. It was more telling and less interacting with discussion. While they had good procedures for the most part, there wasn't a real system to make improvements. Not enough ways to share information from various offices. Things like a company blog site or forum were ruled out, hence no real social networking.

They have offices nationwide that all work together, and actively push for growth within the company

Cons

The pay seems to be a bit lower than average for some positions

Pros

Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

Cons

Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
