Pros
Had lots of independence in my role to accomplish tasks. Training opportunities pretty great. Great boss Get all PTO at beginning of year
Cons
Worked at a client's site making most of the cons a result from the client. Overbearing with admin paperwork from the client. Had to input same reports and logs into two separate systems because client kept changing mind about what they wanted in reporting. Client jumping over the boss who is the buffer between AVI and client's management attempting to micromanage AVI on-site staff.
