Pros
Great crew. Some seriously sharp folks here. Even a couple of the sales guys actually even know what most of the gear is and what it does. Lots of experience here, and very open environment. For the most part everybody is pretty competent. Corporate IT dept is generally pretty responsive, and definitely not off shored incomprehensible script readers sans any evidence of a clue. These guys actually are pretty decent and can resolve most issues relatively quickly. Management is pretty good. No micromanagement here, which is a good thing, and for the most part local office management keeps corporate out of our way so we can actually focus on getting stuff done. Local office fairly diverse.
Cons
Onboarding could use some help. A lot of help, actually. In house processes don't have much of any documentation and what docs do exist tend to be sorely out of date. To some extent this is partially understandable, as most offices have somewhat localized variants as to how things are done.
