Pros
While here, I had lots of opportunities to work on some great projects and establish ongoing relationships both inside the company as well as with our clients.
Cons
Although training is encouraged, it is not uncommon to be to busy to be able to schedule into the classes you want. Overall, the teams I worked with did a fairly good job with training as well as being able to attend industry events such as InfoComm.
