      Tons of available training. Access to wide variety of brands and products. Offers a vast knowledge base to pull from. Opportunites to travel. Provided major tools and work vehicles.

      Cons

      Lots of overtime. High expectations. Disorganization in some offices. High workloads and can be stressful. There are communication barriers that must be overcome.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
