      Pros

      The work we do is pretty comfortable for the most part. Office crew are all good folk. We have a good crew at the end of the day.

      Cons

      Trying to get vehicles/tools that are 'company provided' is an absolute nightmare. Getting anything from the company just doesn't seem to be a reality. Not enough communication to the techs with pertinent information till something is wrong, then the techs are blamed.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
