      The individual workers and staff are hard working and want to help this company to get back on its feet.

      Cons

      There is absolutely no leadership the CEO John Zettle is in way over his head and doesn't care about the team other than those working in Tampa.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
