      I just started this job, but as an audio engineer, it's a simple minded job and I enjoy it and the pay is fantastic!!! AVI SPL really takes care of it's employees. They gave me a free laptop when I started and it helps and they reimburse for your phone bill as well. Let's see where this company goes.
