Pros
The work-life balance at AVI-SPL is great for me. I enjoy the daily routine of what I do and I know that my supervisor cares for me and my well-being and strives to ensure I am successful. Before joining the AVI-SPL team, I was burnt out and frustrated at my previous employer. Working here has been a breath of fresh air honestly. My timelines and deadlines are manageable and reasonable. A majority of the time, I am home on time. I have a flexible work environment that allows me time to do paperwork and training as well. I also feel seen by my upper management team. They are quick to address issues when presented with them. They also invest in their employees a great deal. I really don't have any complaints because any issue I do have is in the process of being addressed or has already been addressed. All in all, I have enjoyed being a part of the AVI-SPL team a great deal.
Cons
Sometimes, my job can be stressful. but that is the nature of the position I am in. I really believe though that the stress would be much worse anywhere else.
